1) Entertainment only

Neon Arcana provides tarot-style readings and related content for entertainment purposes only. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your decisions.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use paid features.

3) Credits and digital content

• Paid features may require credits.
• 1 premium reading consumes 1 credit (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
• A clarification/extra card (if offered) may be free within a reading, as indicated in the UI.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4) Purchases and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate purchase information.

5) Refunds

Digital services and instant-delivered content are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact: neonarcana@neonarcana.org

6) Acceptable use

• No abuse, scraping, automation, reverse engineering, or attempts to manipulate credits.
• No bypassing security or committing fraud.
• No illegal use of the Service.

7) Intellectual property

All site design, text, and code are owned by Neon Arcana or licensors. You may not copy or resell the Service without permission.

8) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We are not liable for interruptions beyond reasonable control.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee outcomes, accuracy, or specific results from readings.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Arcana is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 30 days (or the minimum allowed by law).
